• We are a family run firm of independent Chartered Surveyors.

• Regulated by Royal Institution of Chartered surveyors (RICS).

• Insured via RICS.

• Hampshire Home Survey is the marketing name for the service offered by RWS (Independent) Ltd. Formerly known as RW Surveyors.

Q2. What is the typical lead time for a survey?

• Usually a few days. It would then take 3-4 days to produce the report.

Q3. How detailed is the HomeBuyer Survey?

• The surveyor will spend 3 hours at the property looking at all aspects including the loft, structure, the services and the roof. 

• You will receive a 14-15 page report.

• We can send you a sample report.

Q4. What is the typical cost of a HomeBuyer Survey?

• £325 - £500 depending on the age and size of the property.
